What product or service do you offer?
I am currently developing HealthBudgetX, a startup idea based on AI and innovation, focused on making decisions‑making more efficient and transparent within health economics. The project is in an early development phase, and I am looking for someone with technical expertise who can build the platform and integrate different data sources. This is an opportunity to join from the very beginning in a startup environment where creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovation are at the core.
Why did you choose to start your own business?
I want to start a company because I am driven by turning ideas into reality and creating solutions that make a difference. For me, entrepreneurship is about combining innovation with societal benefit and building something from the ground up that can grow and evolve. I see it as an opportunity to influence, work creatively, and shape a platform where technology and social development meet. Being part of the early phase also means having the freedom to set the direction, create value, and build something that can contribute to long-term change while actively driving innovation and societal development.
What challenges have you encountered?
One of the biggest challenges so far has been finding people with the right technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analysis. Building a cloud-based platform that can integrate different data sources requires both knowledge and commitment. I am therefore looking for someone who not only has the technical skills but also the passion and drive to think differently and see the opportunity in combining technology with social development.
What are you most proud of so far?
What I am most proud of is that I have actually taken the step from idea to action. Building something that is not just a vision on paper, but is starting to take shape and spark interest from others, has given me both courage and energy. It feels significant to see how commitment and drive can be transformed into something with the potential to make a difference.

My name is Malin Petersson, I am 28 years old and live in Linköping. I am currently studying at Linköping University, where I am taking Elements of AI, Part 2: Building AI. I hold a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy and have broadened my knowledge with courses in business administration and marketing. In addition, I have completed summer courses at Linköping University in cybersecurity fundamentals and awareness as well as foundations of AI, which have further strengthened my technical perspective.
My interest in entrepreneurship began at an early age, inspired by people who run and build businesses. In addition to my studies, I have a strong interest in politics and am engaged with the Moderate Party. I thrive in environments where innovation meets societal benefit and where visions can be turned into action.
Are you looking for help or potential co-founders with any specific skills?
I am looking for a person with technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analysis who can build cloud-based platforms and integrate different data sources. The role is part of a startup where innovation, creativity, and new ways of thinking are central.
