About Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR)
Entrepreneurs in Residence is a trainee program developed by LEAD, where you get to work hands-on with real innovations and ideas that have the potential to become successful companies.
As an EIR, you’ll work in pairs to evaluate new technologies and business opportunities, receive personal coaching from experienced business coaches, and develop your entrepreneurial and leadership skills. You get paid while learning – and gain valuable experience in real-life entrepreneurship, completely risk-free.
If you’re curious about startups, innovation, and building companies from the ground up – this could be your next step!
💡 The application period for the 2026 program opens in December 2025.
